Policies
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services. Personal checks are not accepted. Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Gratuities are welcomed in cash payment preferably and can be facilitated by credit card in salon for a $3 service fee.

Please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management and/or stylist. All prices and services vary by stylist.

valet parking is available at any local Icon parking lot for a special online discount. Bring your ticket and ask the desk to print out the discount. Capelli D'Oro 5th Ave Salon is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle while it is parked.

Capelli D'Oro 5th Ave Salon believes that beauty is individual, and we believe our clients should leave feeling beautiful and happy with the haircut and/or color service provided. However, if for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust their cut or color within 14 days of the original appointment at no additional charge. Capelli D'Oro 5th Ave Salon does not offer refunds on services. Capelli D'Oro 5th Ave Salon is not responsible for any damage to clothing left on under your styling/color gown, so please dress accordingly.

At Capelli D'Oro 5th Ave Salon we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone, email or both depending on our clients' preference. When appointments are booked, a credit card is required to hold the time requested. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For appointments booked on the same day, a 4-hour cancellation notice is required. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service if appointment is unable to be rescheduled and/or cancelled within 24 hours
