Policies Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Capelli D'Oro Spa Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. Company cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. A spa credit will be issued for 6 months instead of a cash refund for gift certificates, services, or products purchased. Gift certificates can be substituted to other services. Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our many clients and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of hair services or spa treatments. Clients must notify us to cancel their appointment within the 24 hour cancellation period. Please note that a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation for Spa package services, Japanese straightening, and Great Length Extension. |
