Yun began her career in hairdressing in 1997, training under the influence of Japanese discipline, where precision, consistency, and respect for the craft are essential. This foundation shaped not only her technical skills but also her personal philosophy: doing hair is a form of discipline, care, and connection.
Originally of Malaysian descent, Yun has traveled to different parts of the world to refine her techniques, learn new approaches, and continuously grow as an artist. She finds joy in taking care of people, building relationships, and creating an experience where clients feel seen, heard, and confident.
Working side by side with her husband for over 10 years has been one of the most rewarding chapters of her professional life — a partnership built on trust, creativity, and shared passion for the craft.
